Full payment is required to confirm bookings for workshops
and tutoring & Web development projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining
payments due per milestone or upon delivery.

You agree not to use MindStack services for any unlawful purpose or
to violate any applicable laws.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and code developed or delivered by
MindStack remain the intellectual property of MindStack unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Liability
MindStack is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
resulting from the use of our services or website.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services
at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms.
